The Learn, Build and Measure methodology is a circular process that provides an agile development with plenty of knowledge.
Understand the business
First of all, we get involved in our partners’ daily operations and develop activities to know more about them. In this phase we run workshops, user tests, customer interviews and many other activities to learn to understand the business and the strengths and weaknesses that need to be addressed.
Digital solution
Secondly, we build a digital solution for our specific partner. In this step we develop the tools needed, from websites and dashboards to specific apps or software.
Impact
Finally, we measure the impact of the solutions applied through different ways of testing. Therefore we can check that the needs of our partner are being satisfied and we can even gather data to improve our solutions in following updates.
Methodology
This methodology allows us to run an agile development process understanding our partner’s business very closely.
The knowledge we get from their operational activity provides us with ideas to build solutions. And the measurement of these solutions generate data to check their impact and improve them or others.
